2-with the program I would understand better with a specific compliance example that you are trying to prevent with the program

3-Question 1-I think all you need to answer this question is the information from the compliance reports. I don't understand how you could

connect behavior from employee records with compliance issues unless they are very specific records

4-Question 2-I would consider having responders identify top 3 or rank teaching methods they preferred because if a significant number choose

all the methods that data really won't be usable to improve the program

5-You mention concerns about the program but i believe what Dr Adams wants is concerns about your evaluation plan design
