Those approaches can foster to improve the students skills, values, attitudes and positive action. ]]> 2021-07-06 09:22:56 UTC https://padlet.com/dercmooc/yourGEresourcesandactivites3/wish/1638615706 I have been participating in the initiative of Help Images, a Portuguese media organisation for development "I ♥ 2 Help" Solidarity Film Screening with primary and secondary school students, and aims to captivate for social responsibility, in particular the school age population.The Solidarity Film Screening "I ♥ 2 Help" is an event with a maximum duration of 1 hour, where 30 minutes are dedicated to the screening of about 15 to 20 short films and the remaining minutes are occupied with a debate established between the audience and a guest from an organization represented in the films of the screened exhibition.The films shown are part of a selection of national and international films with emphasis on the themes to be highlighted in each Exhibition. This choice is made from a large and varied number of films produced in the last few years by international production companies for non-profit organisations, whether they be civil society or state organisations. The themes of these films are always cultural, humanitarian, social or environmental.The films chosen promote alerts, awareness, requests for support and social responsibility in general.
