Jonas's first stirring- represented the 1st time Jonas began to have feelings of love and desire.
2. When Jonas noticed something weird while tossing the apple- showed his capacity to see beyond.
3. Jonas's family gets to care for a newchild- the baby was just like Jonas, which he was also able to pass memories onto the newchild.
4. The giver transmits memories of war to Jonas- which was the reason Jonas wanted to quit training. Jonas experienced loss and pain.
5.
