I’m from Colombia and I’m living in Bogota D.C, actually I’m also from Bogotá. I currently rent an apartment located on the southern highway; I live in Perdomo neighborhood. It’s a small apartment, the flat where I’m living is 53m square, it has two bedrooms and one bathroom, next to the entrance is the kitchen where I have the oven and the fridge that is closed to the laundry room. In front there is a living room where I have the dining table as well, it has a big mirror next to the window. The apartment has a nice view since it’s a 23rd floor

Routine description
I usually get up at 4:00 and have breakfast at 6:30 or 7:00 after going out of the house, I don't like to eat so early, so I almost always have breakfast when I get to the office. I always go to work by transmilenio because it´s faster but sometimes exhausting. I usually have lunch in the middle of the workday at 12:30, I leave the office at 4:30 pm and return to my home. I usually arrive between 7:00 or 7:15 pm. Once at home, I have dinner approximately at 7:30 pm, after that, I take my dog ​​for a walk and then, I go to the gym and I train for about an hour. next to my apartment and I train one hour. Finally, when I get home, I study and do homework and after a long day I go to sleep at 10:00. On weekends I usually work out in the morning and some afternoons I play soccer with my team but most of the time I spent time with my parents and children.

R: Totalmente, las prácticas auditivas y verbales sirven mucho.

 

Como aporta este aprendizaje a mí vida personal y profesional?

R: En el área en el que me desempeño TI, recibo muchas capacitaciones, conversatorios, actualizaciones en Inglés, por lo que lo aprendido me ayudará a aprender más.
