The hard tasks were tape your own fingers and work a zipper. Those were the hard ones for me. And what made them hard was trying to get the tape without your thumbs. And for the zipper was geting the zipper part to the other zipper part. I solved the problem by using the palm oh my left hand and using the two finger on the left hand. And then I zipped it up. How did I feel when I ran into a hard tasks. I kinda got mad but then when I got it I was really happy. Because it helps you with a lot of stuff like zipping a zipper, tying a shoe and just like every day stuff.

For this I had stiff fingers. The bracelet was the hardest because I did't have my middle or pointer finger to put the papper clips together. I figured out have to use my other fingers to put them together. we can do this by using your joints.

I am going to tell you a little bit about muscles. So three functions are all types of movement, to pump blood and to breathe. so there are more than 600 muscles in your body! The three muscle types are skeletal, cardiac and smooth. The voluntary is the action you can control and the involuntary muscle is the action you can't control. two things I have learned is that lactic acid really makes your muscles fell weird. And another thing I have learned is that you don't fell muscle fatigue right away. when I was doing this my muscle got really tired and sore but after the fatigue went away they went so tired or sore. And that is what I leared about this active.

Washer Investigation

So we took the washers and put them in the hot water. And then the washers got hot and the water got colder. Because the washers took the heat from the cup. and our data was before was. In the cup 120 in the control cup was 106 and the washers were 80. And then after they were. 107 in the cup 108 in the control cup and the washers were 90. With the wasters and the water we took the washers and put them in the water. In the second investigation our data was before. In the cup it was 72 in the control cup it was 73 and the washer were 100. And then after the cup was 91 the control was 71 and the washers were 83. So we took the washers and put them in the cup and then the heat went from the washers into the cup with water. And then we took the temperature of the water and the washers and that is how we got our data.
