         <description><![CDATA[<div>to change the camera to shutter priority, there is a dial on the top and you just twist it to the part that has an S. In each photo where the the shutter speed is changed, you can see less light coming in, and the image begins to become more clear. You would want to use shutter speed as a priority because  it can change the whole mood of a picture. You want to use shutter speed depending on what type of picture you are taking.</div>]]></description>
