During my time volunteering at the gym, there were many instances where good problem solving skills were essential to the efficient running of a class. Some people require modifications for exercises depending on physical ability or if they were carrying an injury. Both have to be treated differently, so changing an exercise or finding an alternative exercise that targets the same muscle groups without putting strain on an injured body part is very challenging but luckily I am very confident in my ability to problem solve.

Some workout plans can only be done when there are not many people participating, however occasionally too many people would show up and we would have to change the entire workout in 5 minutes, while still keeping to the same high workout standard.
