The activities implemented at Slanic took place with various games and scenarios presented to students through activity cards and scenarios created with masks. After these activities, focus group discussions were held. Achievements such as establishing empathy, extending attention span, increasing school belonging and improving cooperation skills were evaluated. In these evaluations; It was observed that cooperative learning practices strengthened students' interaction and cooperation skills within the group.

I learned how important simple and clear instructions are and the necessity of appealing to the senses when performing creative drama practices in mixed classes.

Romanian mobility consisted of examples of creative drama practices. We observed good practices of cooperative learning using story cards and masks. We have seen that it has positive contributions to the learning processes and social skills of students in need of special education. Thanks to the event, students had fun and gained important social skills. Teachers also enriched their pedagogical approaches by learning different teaching methods. I can say that such events are an important step for the greater inclusion of students with special education needs in the educational processes and their successful integration.

We carry out comprehensive studies within the scope of the association's activities. We implemented creative drama in post-earthquake support programs in our own region. In this activity, I learned the effect of eye contact, gestures and facial expressions, and short sentences in drama. In the group evaluations made after the activities, I observed that the motivation and integration of students with special needs improved through collaborative practices.

We focused on creative drama practices during the Romanian mobility and observed many impressive practices during this process.

Students had fun and gained important social skills through creative drama. In addition, teachers had the opportunity to enrich their pedagogical approaches by learning different teaching methods. These experiences helped teachers make their teaching strategies in the classroom more effective.

At the same time, these practices support students in developing their creativity and gaining valuable skills such as teamwork and empathy.

In conclusion, the experiences we gained during the Romanian mobility were very productive and educational for both students and teachers. It is important that such activities continue in the future to increase inclusiveness in the education system and to spread more diverse teaching methods.

Furthermore, the hands-on nature of these tasks emphasized how experiential learning can make abstract concepts more tangible and accessible. It showed me that when students are actively involved in creating something meaningful, their engagement and retention improve significantly.

Lastly, this workshop reinforced the value of tailoring activities to cater to diverse skills and interests within a mixed class. It demonstrated that by embracing the diversity of a group, we can create opportunities for students and teachers to learn from one another, building a strong sense of community and collaboration. This experience has inspired me to integrate more creative, interactive, and inclusive approaches into my teaching, ensuring that every learner feels valued and empowered.

I will also incorporate creativity into my lessons by including hands-on activities such as art, role-playing, or project-based tasks. For example, I can ask students to visually represent concepts or create something meaningful related to the topic we’re learning.

Additionally, I plan to foster an inclusive environment by breaking down traditional hierarchies and encouraging open communication between myself and the students. This means creating opportunities where everyone, including myself, can contribute equally, such as co-leading discussions or sharing feedback.

Using experiential learning is another key lesson I will apply. I will structure my activities to involve active participation, such as solving real-world problems or creating tangible outputs, so students feel engaged and connected to the material.

I will also celebrate the diversity within my classes by tailoring tasks to different interests, skills, and backgrounds. Offering students options for how they approach a task will allow them to express their individuality while working towards shared goals.

Finally, I will focus on building a sense of community, starting my activities with icebreakers or collaborative warm-ups to create trust and encourage open communication. By implementing these strategies, I believe I can create a dynamic, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that benefits everyone involved.
