I like doing things and standing up for what I feel is right and I love when things are organized in my head so that my mind is clear. I also like being there for people. But sometimes life hits and I tend to get "Sian" easily if things continuously don't go to plan, but that's okay

I’m best when I work with people and have someone to keep me accountable. When I respect someone, it’s easy for me to follow as they say. (I have “yes boss” second-in-command energy mwahaha)

I have a tendency to get too competitive and prioritise winning above other things, so I avoid it because I often regret my impulsive actions afterwards. 😅

I like to think deeply when I make decisions and weigh the pros and cons. Analysing situations and people allow me to understand what the problem is and how to work with them and it is something I do subconsciously. I am someone my friends usually go to when they need help with a problem as well. Relationships mean a lot to me and I treasure the people close to me. I would go to a great extent to help them and care for them, so relationship is also an important thing to me. Regarding competitiveness, I don’t like being compared to others to drive myself. Instead I compare myself to me in the past to see where I improved and what part I have neglected in order to know my areas of improvement.

I need to plan for almost every group project with the group members.

Having exactness and structure helps me to plan precisely so that everything is taken account of and is done within the deadline.

Positivity usually helps when I encounter a challenge and I have to think about it optimisically so that I can be calm and come up with solutions.

Good:

Creative and problem solver: i enjoy trying to find new ways to improve e.g new techniques in sports

Positivity: i try to think be optimistic even if the situation is not the best

Bad:

Competitiveness: i dont find satisfaction in being rank among peers
