M- Modification: Tech allows for significant task redesign.

R- Redefinition: Tech allows for the creation of new tasks, previously inconceivable.

Redefinition and Modification are transformation.

Augmentation and substitution are enhancement.

Engagement- The first step serves as an interest approach or motivator. It builds curiosity and provides direction for the remainder of the lesson.

Exploration- This stage imitates guided discovery. Students manipulate the materials, make discoveries, and share their findings with classmates and the teacher.

Explanation- In this stage teachers invite their students to share their discoveries and explanation. Based on the descriptions provided by the students, teachers introduce relevant concepts, principles, and/or theories.

Elaboration- Elaboration allows students to create connections between new concepts, principles, theories, and real-world experiences by applying them to a new situation. The application of this new knowledge provides an opportunity for students to move beyond memorization to deeper understanding of what they have learned.

Evaluation- Evaluation provides teachers an opportunity to assess students' knowledge and provide feedback on performance.

• I use Piktochart in my classroom so that students can create infographics about a certain topic and have them use their imagination and creativity to design the infographic. If students need an example there are templates that they could use and design it and put in all the information for their certain topic.

• I would use Gimkit after going over a math section and create a kit about math problems and have a review.

• I would use Pear Deck to add a slideshow and add comprehension questions so I know where the students are and what I may need to reteach.

• I would use Book Creator during the first week of school to get to know my students and so the students get to know there classmates.

• I would use Animoto to make videos for my students for have students work in groups to create a video about a certain topic.

• I would use Explain Everything for student collaboration. Students can work together to create a graphic with drawings and they can record what they learned and how they came up with the idea.

• I would use Actively Learn in my classroom by assigning appropriate books/readings for my students and use comprehension questions and notes.

• I could use Google Arts and Culture in my classroom is social studies class if there is somewhere specific we can go there virtually and see it in 360 degree mode to seem like we are actually there. I can also give them an assignment about that place as well.

• I would use this in my science class if there is a chapter in the book that I think is complicated for the students, I can connect with a scientist and have the professional talk to the students about it and they can learn that way.

• I would use Book Taco in my classroom to check students comprehension of books and track students reading capabilities. Book Taco has different games and ways to earn coins so that is an extra bonus to make it fun for the students and are wanting to read.

• I would use XtraMath in my classroom when students have completed an assignment and there is extra time, the students can practice their math fluency.

• I would use Edpuzzle for math to show a concept video and ask questions through out the video to check for students comprehension.

• I would use Google Earth in my social studies class to create a scavenger hunt for the students to discover what the places we are learning about really look like and explore each place. I would have questions for students to answer about the place.

• I would use Blooket in any subject I teach for review. It is fun and interactive and will make the students want to review and learn.

• I would use Mentimeter in my class to ask questions throughout the presentation to keep students engaged and get feedback from the students.

• I would use Seesaw in my classroom for a fun and interactive lesson and have students do that activities along with the lesson. There are many activities that the students will love to do and make learning fun.

• I will use Pixton in my classroom for a summative assessment. The students will create a comic book design of whatever the unit was over and show their knowledge of what they learned.

• I would use this in my classroom to make different assessments for the students to choose from and for the students to either create or complete.

• I would use Diffit in my classroom to help with ideas for a lesson or activities for a certain topic.

• I would use School AI in my classroom for feedback and I can also see what the students are completing and see the feedback. I can also create a space based on my students needs.

• I would use Scratch in my classroom for a project on creating either a digital story, game, or animation. This is a great way for students to be creative and use their imagination.

• I would use Hello History in my classroom when we are talking about a certain historical figure and get the students engaged and involved with learning about the person.

• I would use IXL in my classroom mostly for math and language arts because I think there are a lot more options of things for students to work on and that is what I remember doing when I was a student and that helped me a lot. This is great for practice and I like how it helps you with the question if you get it wrong.

• I would use Classroom Screen in my class right when students walk in so they know what we are doing today and use it throughout the day. I can use timers to keep myself organized and I could use the traffic light to let my students know when they should and shouldn't ask me a question.

• I would use Tiki-Toki in my class mainly for social studies and for English. I would use Tiki-Toki in English to plot out events in a story or timeline or an author.

• I would use Seesaw in my classroom for a fun and interactive lesson and have students do that activities along with the lesson. There are many activities that the students will love to do and make learning fun.

• I would use Mind Meister for my students to collaborate and brainstorm for different assignments or projects. Students can create lists of things or write goals of what they want to accomplish that day or for the week.
