I want to hold on to the HOPE, CARE, & COMPASSION that my team and I show students. I feel that its allowing for me to continue to build rapport with student & foster a caring and welcoming learning environment.

I want to let go of the ideology that everything needs finished before I end my days. #Creatinghealthyboundaries

One thing I have next year is the GROWTH IN KNOWLEDGE. As a first year teacher I am learning SO much. I am excited to start the next year with stronger skill set then when I entered SY20-21
