         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Problem:</strong><br>Feel stressed or even anxious before the exam<br><br><strong>Solution:<br></strong>- Have a hand massage with essential oil after doing revision or a day before the exam.&nbsp;<br>- Press the webbing position between thumb and index finger with essential oil for 20 seconds on both hands and take slow, deep breath.&nbsp;<br>- Recommend essential oil: lavender and chamomile.<br>- A study in 2019 shows that around 5.93% of people feel that having a hand massage with the essential oil blend which consists of lavender, bergamot and frankincense will have a better effect for treating anxiety rather than just doing alone massage.</div>]]></description>

Or meditation?&nbsp;<br>- Aromatherapy can actually be more than that!<br>- It is a holistic method that is based on the usage of natural plant extract or other aroma compounds which bring a lot of advantages.<br>- However, there are some misconceptions that aromatherapy can only be used when we are doing yoga and meditation.<br>- In fact, aromatherapy can also be used before the exam and it does bring lots of benefits for the students.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Problem:</strong><br>Lack of energy and motivation to study when preparing for the exam.<br><br><strong>Solution:</strong><br>- Study at a space with aroma when doing revision.<br>- Add a few drops of essential oil into the water and diffuse into the air by using an aromatherapy diffuser.<br>- Recommend essential oil: lemon, peppermint and jasmine.<br>- Diluted lemon juice with water can be used as a substitution for lemon essential oil.<br>- Research shows that lemon oil contains powerful antioxidants which can boost energy levels effectively.&nbsp;<br>- Peppermint essential oil can also play the same role as the lemon essential oil.&nbsp;<br>- According to a study published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, peppermint boosts exercise performance, increases brain oxygen concentration, performance and decreases exhaustion.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Problem: <br></strong>Loss of focus and concentration when doing revision<br><br><strong>Solution: <br></strong>- Use an aromatherapy inhaler when revising. <br>- It can improve focus and concentration. <br>- For example, rosemary<br>- By improving focus and concentration, either a short or long term memory will be created and could study more efficiently.<br>- A study in 2016 found that rosemary oil may have the ability to enhance memory<strong> </strong>due to how the aromas interact with the (limbic system) in the brain.&nbsp;<br>- According to the study, students carrying out memory tests in a room filled with the aroma of rosemary oil achieved 5% to 7% better results than those who did not take the exam with the aroma of rosemary oil.</div>]]></description>
