We talked about the importance of implementing projects that address global citizenship themes, in order to educate our students in a culture of responsibility for everything that happens in the world. Because it is important to realize that we are all responsible for everything that happens in the world and that we can all act as global citizens: Think globaly, act localy!

This was the phrase that most affected me emotionally in today's session, realizing that small actions can lead to big actions globally.
I also learned the importance of including global citizenship themes in the school curriculum today, as a way to hold students accountable for their actions.
