My goal as a person studying Christian leadership is to set an example to others by serving them in a Christian like manner, helping and advising them get close to God and get to know Him. I plan to have a similar leadership to Paul from the Bible, who always worried for the people he was helping get closer to the Lord while maintaining himself faithful to God.

Leadership is the art of motivating a group of people to act toward achieving a common goal. 

Christian Leadership is the act of influencing/serving others out of Christ's interests in their lives so they accomplish God's purposes for and through them

As Christians, we are chosen, God's special possession, the light of the world, God's love. 

As Christian leaders, we need to reflect God’s character. 

We are called to be an example in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity.

Our primary calling is to have a personal connection with God, which we may achieve through trust in Jesus Christ.

• These qualities are extremely important in order to set an example that brings others into Christ and make a change in this generation. 

• By reinforcing our relationship with God, asking him to develop this traits in our hearts and life, and practicing them daily, we will be able to apply these leadership qualities.

Leadership has nothing to do with the hierarchical position that a person occupies, anyone can be the head of a group and not be its leader, and vice versa, they can be the leader without being the boss. What characterizes the leader is his ability to lead groups of people, get each member to work and contribute the best of themselves in the fight to achieve a common goal. 

The true leader is the one who influences others in the right direction, motivated by common welfare, recognizes the potential of each member of his team, sets the example and is the first to work. Good leaders are those who do not need to manipulate others, but rather delay their influence, personal and professional example, but above all their ability to face changes and decisions that lead to a common good, generate an impact in their circle of influence. 

On the contrary, bad leaders do not have vision and this in the role of a leader means that the potential of a team is not fully exploited. Bad leaders settle for the minimum effort of each member of the group. These leaders take work as a formality and are never passionate about what they do.
