i get up 6 in the morning, to go training, but before that eat breakfast oatmeal smoothie with eggs, breakfast to the 6:30 in the morning, so after training, i am going to work on my motorcycle, my lunch is 2 in the afternoon, it varies it can be chicken or beef but always salad because the company gives it to us, came back my house 10 in the night, so after of work i am training crossfit and doning university works, i have dinner before leaving work, the same as the lunch, i am go to bed 11 in the night, them weekends work and training or consideration, i rarely study english
