Today I will be your guide. We will walk through the different areas of the factory and see the cocoa processing until the final packaging.

This is the clean beans processing sector and as you can see here we remove impurities from the beans using cleaning machines with negative pressure to remove them. After that, we can ensure the best performance in the next sector.

Now we are in the milling sector and as you can see here we transform the nibs into cocoa liquor. We use knife mills and ball mills in this process because it's important to ensure higher quality in the chocolate processing.

This is the pressing sector and here we extract the butter from the cocoa liquor. We use high-pressure machines for this process because it's necessary to transform cocoa liquor into cocoa powder and cocoa butter.

This is the powder lines sector and here we transform cocoa cake into cocoa powder. We use pin mills in this process and after that we can ensure a higher performance in the compound processing.

We are in the black powder line. After that tranformed cocoa licuor into cocoa cake or cocoa powder, we can transform then into black powder. Here we use chemicals, pressure, time and temperature in this process so it's necessary to ensure the dark color of the powder.

This is the final packaging and here we pack cocoa butter and cocoa liquor. We use packaging machines in this process to ensure small and efficient packges.
