    Every students have the dream to study in an international university like coventry. I feel very happy to acheive that  goal.
      On 17 th may our first induction class started by Mr.Rob and it was all about the online platform 'aula' that we are currently exploring now for learning. In the begining  I was so confused about the using aula.     In the last two weeks classes we had break out rooms were we got the chance to discuss about various qualities of a leader.The qualities I identified during those session are
  1.Communication skill
  2.innovation of new ideas
  3.admitting mistakes or to be honest 
      According to me these skills are very important for a leader.A good leader must have good communication skill. It also help to become an engaged listener. It acts a media to understand information more accurately and quickly.
Innovation of new ideas :leader must have a vision of the future. Creativity encourages problem solving. It helps better team work and bonding.
To be honest: Learning from mistakes is how we can grow as a best leader.Also we will gain respect if we are honest.Teaching others based on your mistakes can make us even more thoughtfull leader.
