The artistry in cooking and presentation was a way to display power and influence.</p></li></ul><p><strong>3. Pleasure</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Medieval Feasts</strong>: Italian cuisine was enjoyed for its flavors and variety, especially during festivals and special occasions.
