How do I create a realistic exchange between national and international schools? To do that, I had to be aware of a few things. First of all, it is important to understand what makes a global citizen. Others and one's own culture and their history should be understood. We all need to talk to each other, get to know each other. Music can be a key here. It touches our hearts and connects us all.
However, communication is also of great importance when planning international projects. The booklet helps us to proceed in a structured manner and to promote key competencies.
Above all, however, is climate change. He connects us all in the world. The experience in Guadeloupe was so unique due to the island character it felt like a microcosm and on top of the corals we could see the harm we do to the environment and yet it was so gorgeous snorkeling and swimming there. The rainforest, too, with its symbiosis of several plant growi g on a treu was metaphorical.
In addition we had a lot of input on how to go about new projects involving students as well. It is all about communication! 
Rita told us a lot about key competences, etc. That‘s very useful for me because we just got the accreditation for the first time and it’s now up to us to go on and include our students into international projects. We had a lot of important input due to the international work.

That's one of the things I've learned in this course. Open your eyes, observe, ask, exchange - and thus learn! Where are the differences and where are the similarities between my culture and the culture of this place, or between that of the teachers from other countries? Finding out about this in the different open-air classrooms was fascinating and very rewarding. So, why not let my students have some similar experience? Once again I mention my personal gain/winning from attending the course and the meaning of the quote on page 2 in the booklet has been of great importance to me. There are so many things derived from our discussion which I can bring directly to my profession, both as a teacher and as an assistant principle.

I have also gained new knowledge and improved already known knowledge about clobal citizenship, internationalisation, key competences, identity, culture and so on.

As well I think to be a „global player you need to know much about other cultures, their history and how they work. I really liked the very different classrooms because the sceneries make you think. The booklet was very well done and planning a project was quite interesting to do. What I really enjoyed was to do the music together as a group and together with the locals - I think that music units us as well. Where do I start?!
It has been so much that I am taking home. Rita said, when we go home, we’ll have changed - and that is true!
This class with its different class”rooms” and different nations has been most of all inspiring. We thought and learned about our identity, our heritage, family, culture and were always in an exchange with the others. 
The experience of playing the drums and especially seeing random children virtuously using these instruments was very impressive.
The lesson in the rainforest about the different plants and animals of which so many were not endemic here was very interesting. So many topics here are related to the heritage of the slavery here. The bread fruit tree was originally brought here to feed the slaves - and of course is still used as a vegetable - and is very delicious :-).
It struck me when Rita told us that every black person in Guadeloupe is a descendent of a slave. This thought often comes to my mind when I meet and get into talking with these friendly and open-minded people.
Lessons at Rita’s place under the palm trees, listening to Rita’s experiences and exchanging information with the others was opening our minds.
Going on excursions for the lessons and also privately with most of the group was also breathtaking! Seeing dolphins, whales, swimming with turtles and seeing a huge variety of fish was an incredible experience. 
All in all it was an overwhelming and wonderful time here which I am extremely grateful for.

It is difficult to summarize the good knowledge I got, the good colleagues I met, I hope we will find a way to cooperate in the future. 
I have learnt a lot about internationalization because more aspects were included than the ones I used to focus. I have also learnt about the importance of outdoor lessons. Education should be outdoors and not among 4 walls because of the motivation and the symbiosis a student can experiment being in nature.

We covered many important issues, starting with nationality, identity and global citizens topics both from the theoretical and practical aspects. 
Vital aspects about multiculturalism were addressed and discussed here. Plus, I learned great things about the culture of Guadeloupe and around the world, also how to use things in my lessons practically as the course booklet contains tips.
Quite much reading was done from the excellent booklet containing theory and documents. I find it very useful. Lots of ideas and discussion about glibaluzation and school international work were addressed and shared. 
Very much needed school audit of international form was analyzed and explored. I started some work which will be continued later at school, hopefully in workshop with my colleagues. 
Course explained many practical details about project work and including bunch of informal learning techniques that are very much needed for my English classes back at home.
I also explored local nature and dag into environmental aspects, human impact, etc which I often use in my lessons.
And very many professional tips on Erasmus aspects were shared and explained by course organizer Rita. 
This is far the best experience I have done in Erasmus courses. No wonder I am here for the second time.
