         <description><![CDATA[<div>I established this work plan with Geraldine McTavish on Wednesday 21<sup>st</sup> November. </div><div> </div><div>Typical work day: 8am – 4pm (can do 9am-5pm if suited better) Monday to Friday. </div><div> </div><div> General Proposed Work Plan:<br><br></div><ul><li>Work with Geraldine (Clubs development focus) on various projects i.e. develop social media page for Special Olympics Ireland Clubs (other projects TBD)</li><li>Work with Cáit (Health &amp; Well-being focus) on various projects i.e. create a monthly health message for SOI staff - probably January or February, (other projects TBD)</li><li>Assist with development of presentations and PowerPoint's for staff</li><li>Attend sports department meetings</li><li>Assist with development of events and event planning</li><li>Assist with general office operations</li><li>Attend various training courses, complete various online training</li><li>Attend staff LINK day on Thursday 29<sup>th</sup> November </li></ul><div><br></div><div> </div>]]></description>
