         <description><![CDATA[<div>physically depression  can affect the way you act in life. like being depressed in life makes you feel alone and you tend to shut out the people around you like your family or your friends.<br>soon after in depression going through stages of it gets deeper, soon when you are like feeling you are at the edge of the cliff you think about letting go and by that i mean suicide. many people have committed suicide, especially in depression. sometimes it is hard to know if somebody has depression, they may look like they are happy but deep down inside they are breaking piece by piece.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>first of all i recommend if you feel or are depressed i would just do something that makes happy or do a hobby i like doing. doing this will get your mind off of depression.<br>1. first strategy is to talk to a doctor or therapist<br>2. maybe write in a journal about your emotions and feelings<br>3. Find ways to relax and manage your stress.<br>4. lastly just do things you love, if you love to do sports than do it just to take your mind off of things.</div>]]></description>
