With the killing of George Floyd the Peaceful protests around this the police got very violent, but with the intersection the the police din’t seem prepared and many of them din’t try very hard. It shows the threat and hostility this mob had towards the government that they no longer loved. The fifth picture shows how underprepared the Capitol was for an attack of this scale. It shows two cops backed up against a door facing down a mob that far outnumbers them. The eighth image show a man walking through the halls of the capitol with a large Confederate flag.
