If you constantly eat garbage food, your health will steadily decline and you will begin to feel much like the food. Garbage. This is because the food you eat is literally fuel for your body. The better the fuel, the better off your body is going to be in the long run.

Food, indeed, influences the health of humans. I feel as if the phrase, "You are what you eat" is very much true. If you intake foods that increase overall health and stability, you will be healthy and stable. Eating habits affect physical health by taking a toll on una persona's weight, they also affect emotional and mental health on the human body as a domino effect from the physical setbacks.

Generally, the food we eat begins to reflect our lifestyle before it affects it. If one is sedentary for the majority of their day, they are more likely to crave fast calories, like carbohydrates and sugars. In contrast, active people tend to mirror their healthy activity through a healthy diet. This equivalence can create a very slippery slope into physical and mental health problems for those who do not maintain proper exercise in their day, as they would not receive the appropriate nutrients to function efficiently.

The foods that you eat can morph how your body reacts. Having caffeine multiple times can make your body develop a tolerance to caffeine and its effects. The nutrients that each of the foods that your meals contain provide different effects based upon what they are made of. Also having to of something, like sugar for instance, can affect your body negatively since our bodies aren’t meant for consuming the same nutrient over and over again.

Yes you are what you eat, I think that depending on what you eat, it defines you and reflects your personality. If you have a healthy balance of everything then it reflects that your body and nutrition is in balance as well as your life and how you probably like to deal with things. I think mood and emotional state really affects your food choices as well. For example if you are sad you are more likely to eat comfort foods. Obviously if you eat more junk foods, physical health will decrease but it might be to comfort on an emotional level. Depending on what you eat it might help or decrease your mental health, and think it depends mostly on if you feel bad about eating a certain food or not.

Yes, I believe that you are what you eat. I believe food is something that will get you through the day depending on what the nutrition is and the amount of protein you are taking in. I believe that protein especially is something that can wake you up mentally and physically. I believe that food can also affect your emotional state as well because if you intake too much sugar, then you will have a more sluggish or lack in energy as you will have a surge of energy until you crash a few hours later. The effects will not last long.
