2. Why did you choose this career? I chose this career because it helps me to understand of how to manage and organize resources, time and people.

3. What motivated you to study this career? The fact that I have a company and I know from the first-hand what are the problems, the needs and the failures of any company.

4. What semester are you? I am in seventh semester. 

5. What do you like about your career? I like the fact that I can apply everything that my teachers have teach me in the company that I have, which makes it more practical all the knowledge that I received. 

2. What have you done in these jobs?  In most of the times I had to sell products to many clients which makes me to develop great abilities to understand the requirements and needs of the clients. Besides as a boss of my own company I have to manage since the finance part, marketing till the human resources.

3. When and where have you worked? I have worked since I was a teenager in restaurants, shoe stores, hotels and as a professional in companies related to spare parts for trucks.

4. What job did you like the most? Why? The best job that I have had is the actual one as an administrator of my own company, because it allows me to control my own time and decide what’s the best for the company. 

5. What job didn’t you like? Why? When I was a teenager, I work as a salesman in a shoe store, but I didn’t like it because the people were so mean with me, they didn’t respect me and the company always supported the clients and never their workers.

2. What do you do in your job? In my job I have to do so many things since the finance part, marketing till the human resources. Also searching for the best prices and even looking into the commercial market to get better options. 

3. Where and When do you work? I work all days because I am the boss of my company and even the weekends I have to work. Also, my business is located in Chimita, Girón. 

4. Do you like this job? Yes, I do.

5. Do you have a job related to your profession? Yes, I do. In fact, I have to put in practice all that I have learned in seven semesters. 

6. Have you had the experience to work or have some internship in your profession? I have had the experience to work in business administration, but I haven’t had the opportunity to do some internship in this area. 

2. Why do you think you have the skills to work in your profession? Because since I was a little child, I have develop the interest of managing, organized and search for the efficiency of the companies. 

3. How important is your professional role in society? A business administrator is essential in a society and in a capitalism world, considering that any company requires to have someone who leads it with integrity, establishing objectives and evaluating the failures and the solutions.
