The term CLIL was coined by David Marsh, University of Jyväskylä, Finland (1994): "CLIL refers to situations where subjects, or parts of subjects, are taught through a foreign language with dual-focused aims, namely the learning of content and the simultaneous learning of a foreign language."

A CLIL lesson contains the 4Cs and should follow a four-stage framework:

I really found interesting the webinar about storytelling from Marisa Constantinides and all the tools she suggested.
Stories help children acquire language, knowledge, values and develop cognitive abilities, creative thinking and multiple intelligences.

Actually, in my experience, I only use technology in my classrooms to search a lot of information or audiovisual resources from internet. I also use to provide students web addresses to work at home. In these two weeks course I' m becoming aware of so many web tools I never heard before.
I' ll surely try to introduce some of them to my students.
I bet that through these web tools pupils will be more and more motivated and this will lead to a long life learning.

    This course has opened  my eyes: I have found great teachers working in team who developed the issue of  CLIL. I discovered new ways of working and teaching.
     During the 5 weeks I realized there are so many tools and links that I can use to make my lesson more interesting and enjoyable.
    Actually, I am sorry this class is over but I am very thankful for this experience...looking forward to using what I learnt during these five weeks!
