Do not scream or shout, speak gently to bring across your point. Be a nice potato :) Know the person who you are talking to so that you can figure out the best way to approach them. So that they will be very happy and will heed ur advice
They will get you emotional and may start to CRY if you are very 😡 with them.
For example, Gorden Ramstay was very bad when ppl asked him for help and said many bad words which discouraged them. By not discouraging then they will fly to greater heights and become very happy and will take their jobs very seriously.
We must also not multitask when giving them instructions...
