Some of the fields are green, some turned yellow in color, describing the status of the crops planted in the field. There are trees, houses and greenery is spread around the land.

My village has a green cover all around it. Lots and lots of crops and a couple of water bodies. You know you're in a village when you take a deep breath. The air in a village has a completely different essence to it. The roads of course have a coating of domestic animal waste( yes, it is what you think it is). The people are healthier and stronger(on an average). Villages also have that element of peacefulness. My village has a hill chain on the outskirts so my people there sometime have to deal with some uninvited and  unfortunate wild animals. By the way, this pic is not from my village. I clicked it in my home town and its a fisherman rowing back home at sunset. The village should have a river or a lake or some water source. They would have huge fields for cultivating crops, and they are self dependent, that is they can produce food for themselves. The place should be peaceful with a less population and there would be harmony amongst people. It just refreshes the mind hearing and watching the sea and the waves. The people there are majority fishermen, and have a very simple life and also very peaceful. The people there are also very connected and enjoy their time together ( similar to the beach near the  ashram ) They donate most of their earnings to a temple there.
