Making anything in which Scout learns her viewpoint on education.

Since Calpurnia had gotten Scout into trouble for disrespecting her guest, Scout additionally blames her for the trouble she receives for having the above average capability of being able to write. Usually an average kid in school would perceive something such as writing to be apart of their education. Instead Scout sees writing as something to avoid now because of facing trouble for it. In addition, the one thing Scout would most likely learn and take from this situation would be to not disrespect any guest regardless of who they are -further showing how Scout is one to see education as something that can be taken from any learning situation..

In contrast to Maycomb, she came from was very flashy and urban so she had to learn new customs. Miss. What she failed to realize is that learning goes beyond books and into everyday experiences, just as the one she was facing in the quote.
