2) I would save the grandpa instead of the lifeguard because there's already a nurse on the raft who most likely is more needed . We decided to save the captain because he'd probably know what to do and how to navigate, the twins because they're both young but they'd still be able to help, the pregnant lady because it's technically saving 2 people, the lifegaurd because he could save anyone that isn't good at swimming, and the veteran nurse because if anyone's injured the nurse could help. 
2. I wouldn't change the fat of any of them, because I feel that we made all the best decisions already for who we would save.
