         <description><![CDATA[<p>It would be very helpful if a database was created that housed various videos of teachers using effective EL practices in their classrooms. The database should be accessible to all staff and could be categorized. For example, one category could be for high school English, another for middle school math, etc. This database would allow teachers to see others using the strategies and help them implement them into their classrooms. </p>]]></description>
