He was so friendly, helpful and also caring person. He answer all of my questions and also give some knowledgeable informations that I do not know about the travel agency. We check out first and went for breakfast. After that, we straight away bring our customers to Kilim Geoforest Park. Langkawi Geopark comprises the whole of 
Langkawi Island. This endorsement was given due to its significant geoheritage features like landscapes, caves sea arches and sea stacks,drop stones, fossil and local community involvement. This geosite attracts our customers until they do not want to leave that place. We rent a boat to bring our customer to travel in the sea. The weather was so calm too. This time also I explain about the places one by one to my customers. We show them Thailand border over there, and also bring them to the Bat Cave nearby there. They were so excited. The scenery was so amazing and relaxing. Then, we bring our customers for shopping and buy some chocolates which is duty-free. It was our last destination on the day. We bring our things to the jetty point to go back to Penang Island. We took our ship around 6pm and our destinations at 11pm. The panorama Langkawi Cable Car is a 2.2km long telpher carrier. The cable car has 3 stops destination that we had go through. We had use the cable car to climbing up and down. My manager give a chance to my our customer to window shopping and walking at row of shops that have in there. A lot of shops, sell souvenirs, clothes, beg and many things. I also take this chance to buy some souvenirs for my family members and also friends to give as a memorable things. After that, we bring them to Langkawi Sky Bridge which is a 125-metre(410ft) curved pedestrian cable-stayed bridge in Malaysia. The tourists were so excited and enjoyed the day in there. Then, we go on with 3D Interactive Art Museum which is located within the vicinity of Oriental Village with 21,000 square feet. It features more than one hundred 3D interactive paintings,artistically painted by a group of talented international artists. This is another signature product by Langkawi SkyCab in collaboration with Art In Paradise Langkawi providing new dimension and experience to visitors. I explained all the information above to my customers. My manager was so happy with that and praise me too. My customers enjoy there dey in there. We aim to leave our customers with an amazing memory of their time spent at the largest 3D Interactive Art Museum in Malaysia. They take selfie's with their colleagues. I also join with them because it was my 1st experience too went there. After that, we start our journey to Underwater World which is located in Pantai Cenang, the most exquisite where more than 5000 fish and marine creatures lived there. My customers were so excited after watch the sea creatures swimming on top of them freely.   After lunch, we bring to the homestay  because they want take rest. At night, we bring them to Pantai Cenang which is the most captivating beach in Langkawi. The waters around there are crystal clear and rich with world of marine life, suits for activities like snorkelling and scuba diving. My customers liked the place so much. We will travel to langkawi Island with our tourists from India. My manager ask me to join this trip and I have informed my parents too.They give permission to me to join the trip. We take ferry from Kuala Kedah. We travel in the boat around 2 1/2hour to reach our destination. We arrive at Langkawi Jetty Point at 4pm.Then, we deal with our tour agent over there and they give a van to bring the tourists to the assigned homestay for check in.The tourists ask for 3 days and 2 nights package. I also did cheque banking into the A.T.U Two Group Tour & Travels account. After that, I did filling for the cheques whereby I had to fill up the amounts and details about the cheque deposit. Next is the most hectic work, because I had to do last minute booking for a customer who needs to travel urgently. Therefore, I had to check the ticket quota system to find the availability of seats. I also had to call the airlines and bargain them for the seats. One of the staff named Tariq, taught me how to do tour packages. It was so interesting. Today I have an awesome day at my working place. The staffs are so friendly with me. In this travel agency they also doing car and motorcycle rental. So, for today Mr.Tariq taught me how to write the rental form. It was something new for me. The deposit for car rental is RM300 while for motorcycle is RM200. If they return the vehicles in good condition, they will get back the deposit. But the charge for each vehicle is different according to the type  of vehicles the customers taken. In A.T.U Two Group Tour &Travel Sdn.Bhd have more tour packages that mostly like by the foreigners. Tour package 1 consists of Spice Garden, Butterfly Farm and Orchard Tour. We can get to know more about spices which grow in natural. Tour 2, they will bring to Penang Hill and Botanical Garden. There we can get fresh air from top of the hill and also more sightseeing scenery which will be attractive to our eyes and soul. The price is same as Tour package 1. My travel agency also combine with other agent in Langkawi, doing tour package over there. The manager explained about the tour packages all one by one to me. I'm quite interested in this learning process. From this I get to know more places in Penang that I haven't go yet. Tourists from France choose Tour package 2 and I explained to them about the tours and payments. The day was so awesome for me.

Once again, the manager, Mr.Johari gave me a short briefing regarding my duty for ten days in that travel agency. He also introduced the staffs to me. I also helped them to clean and decorate the office. One of the staff named Mr.Shaol gave me a short explanation about their company.
