         <description><![CDATA[<p>The program has different activities you can join such as The 30 day ACT on Anxiety Challenge. Each day the challengers are given a task that can help them manage and prioritize their mental health. There are 2 versions of the challenge, one being, 30 Day self care ritual. Everyday there is an activity challengers must complete (ex. Taking a walk) to work towards prioritizing self care. The other option is the Taking 30 days towards facing a fear, the idea of this challenge is to overcome a fear. The challenge will provide different tasks within the 30 days. </p>]]></description>
