         <description><![CDATA[<div>-alternative calendar, other institutions offer classes that start sooner, shorter classes (ex 8 weeks) similar set ups like U of P and ASU, make an option so that there is also option for session with 16 weeks<br>-Need to fix broken issues: Including communication with adjuncts, expect them to start right away, need time to catch them up to speed, they aren't included need to be included, also include more and better on-boarding and communications<br>-Need mandatory face to face or online training for online students in certain areas. Ex: offer 2 hour training that explains things like   emails, Canvas, how often to check in etc<br>-Marketing needs to be improved, should be communicating with program coordinators so they know what is offered, where there is capacity to grow,<br>-Communication is broken with students ex: Communicate with Canvas <br>-Advising</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sticky Areas in the performing arts area are lacking. No area for the artists to hang out, relax, build community, etc.<br>Resources for students are spread out all over campus. Need services more centralized so students see the services and are comfortable asking for assistance.<br>Better tutoring support - wider expansion and for higher level courses.<br>Need a system that will allow for better marketing of programs/events and communication with students. And, better advertise opportunities we offer the community.<br>Streamline processes overall. Example for grants and getting approval, student registration process, processes need to be faster.<br>Technology - increase in online classes - students are requesting more online. Need to do for increasing student enrollment.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Better Technology (everything, computers that work, lab technology and equipment)<br>-More technology<br>-Sustainable plan for technology and lab equipment update/replacement<br>-Collaborate decision making to enable sustainable technology so technology works for everyone involved<br>-All people participate for decisions on equipment.<br>-More predictable funding for equipment - not having to write grants for "basic" lab materials that other campuses just seem to be able to buy without going through the extra hassle of writing grants, etc. <br>-Reducing partitioning between academic fields and academic and occupational, etc. (Being able to teach in more than one discipline, if qualified - not limited by hiring document - does not allow for expansion of personal skills/responsibilities)<br>- Better "sticky" spaces<br>- Prettier campuses<br>- guaranteed/strategic scheduling for students going through particular programs - same classes offered predictably every semester so students can plan out their program in advance<br>- Better tutoring - tutors hired by departments? Tutors could be students who recently took the class who excelled.<br>- Connect with Amazon to train students for specific jobs<br>- Have a "faculty highlight series" where faculty can talk about how they have used their degrees in industry to help expose students to different fields/careers they may not have previously considered<br>-Better/sustainable extermination services - so we don't have to deal with mice, rats, spiders, roaches, etc. in our classrooms and offices (i.e. LS building) <br>-Give faculty access to innovative technology to try out - for example, I asked to borrow am iPad pro or Surface pro to see if I could try out some new pedagogy, and was told that I couldn't take it out of the CTL. I ended up buying an iPad Pro on my own to try different things out. <br>-Better prepare students for taking online courses or assessing their readiness to take online courses</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Look at Financial Aid's impact on retention: lots of our students are using FA as a vehicle to higher ed. Are we doing this right? Are these students completing? This group can be highly monitored/assisted. We know who they are (trackable) How do we do compared to national standards: In the door increase, out the door decrease<br>-Fix all the issues that were addressed and identified <br>-More student success increase: retention, completion, persistence, headcount, FTSE, transfer, industry partnerships, internships, employment <br>-Community who will value and defend what we are<br>-Thriving Financial Aid system, everyone who wants to take a class can<br>-Fields of Interest and Guided Pathways works perfectly<br>-Survey classes for entire field of interest, class to designed to attract students and for completion Students are fired up! Include opportunities for exploration. How do you know you want a career if you don't know the career exists. <br>-Students able to live and learn in the community. Greater opportunities for university on campus like NAU on campus<br>-Opportunities for businesses to be in the community <br>-Sequencing <br>-Currently offer certificates that they can not complete here and have to go to other campuses <br>-No technology issues, not sure what the future would look like, maybe each student would have ability to align their phone with the lessons or a laptop for every student in every class</div>]]></description>

Fully staffed so resources are available to offer high quality programs. Some areas need technology and other resources to support a high quality program.<br>Creating events and opportunities around family since our largest ethnic group values family.</div>]]></description>
