         <description><![CDATA[<div>Human resources are the people that use and maintain a system. They are either employed by the organisation or contracted to so particular tasks. Some tasks that may be carried out by human resources include:</div><ul><li>entering data into a system (e.g. entering details of orders received by post)</li><li>maintaining the computer systems (e.g. an ICT technician)</li><li>programmers who develop new software or produce web pages</li><li>managing people within an organisation (e.g. a personnel director)</li><li>managing the finances within an organisation (e.g. a finance director who would use spreadsheets and other financial modelling software)</li><li>researchers who find out about and develop new products with new ideas.</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>These are buildings, offices and other property owned by an organisation. People and equipment need to be situated somewhere (i.e. accommodation). The location of the accommodation can be important: shops need to be accessible to public transport and cars; manufacturers prefer out-of-town business parks where rental costs and council taxes are cheaper; car parks that are underground are expensive to build but take up less ground space. Accommodation could include:</div><ul><li>offices for people to work in - some may be private offices for managers, while other offices may be open plan for general employees</li><li>factories for machinery and workers</li><li>retail outlets to sell products</li><li>a car park.</li></ul>]]></description>
