História da festa junina:
Essa comemoração é comum em todas as regiões do Brasil, especialmente no Nordeste, e foi trazida para o Brasil por influência dos portugueses no século XVI. Inicialmente, a festa  possuía um objetivo  estritamente religioso e era realizada em homenagem a santos como São João e Santo Antônio.

Receitas e comidas típicas no ES:
Como no Espírito Santo a influência pesqueira é muito grande a maioria das comidas são a base de frutos do mar.
Alguns pratos típicos de lá são:
Moqueca capixaba, Torta capixaba, Quibebe de abóbora,
Caranguejada, Casquinha de siri, Camarão no coco, etc.

Dança e cultura:
No Espírito Santo há algumas danças típicas como Alardo, dança das fechas, Boi Pintadinho, dança onde os participantes se vestem de boi, Jongo, festa que tem canto, dança e percussão de tambores, Reis de Boi, é uma auto em homenagem aos Santos Reis, Ticumbi, é um folguedo existente no Norte do Espírito Santo, etc.
Alguns dos mais conhecidos costumes dos capixabas são O Encontro Nacional de Folia de Reis e o Boi Pintadinho, no Carnaval, no município de Muqui e a  panela de barro é a maior representação do artesanato e cultura capixaba. De origem indígena, é uma tradição passada de mãe para filhas há pelo menos 400 anos.

Os principais pontos turísticos do ES são: Pedra Azul, Convento da Penha, Palácio Anchieta, Pico da Bandeira e Vitória, a capital do   ES e é onde 🤬 a maior festa junina do Espírito Santo .
