I followed the design cycle for this learning engagement by first inquiring and analyzing the reference material. Then I started to develop ideas and simultaneously create the solution. When I thought I was almost finished, I evaluated my process by reading the instructions again and realized that I had not followed the instructions and had gone off in the wrong direction. Then… I started to develop new ideas and create a new solution...again...my process in a nutshell.

Through the use of The Design Cycle Model different objectives are introduced with a variety of learning engagements that provide a process of students work and continuous building on knowledge, for each strand in the objectives we provide annotated feedback- clarifying student’s level according to task clarifications and MYP descriptive of level in addition we provide a tips-advice to improve performance. We also communicate with parents the student’s achievements and all feedback is available on the teaching platform. The key for a successful learning experience is a continuous feedback to ensure students improvement.
The learning engagement also is aligned with what we do in the Design Cycle, we have inquired and researched the related information that answer for the questions, developed ideas in sketching the theme of the presentation-poster and then we created the final poster presenting the information with the theme, in the final step I re-checked and evaluated the process to make sure I addressed the assignment.

This LE follows the design cycle as it allows for giving and receiving feedback, it also allows for creativity as we need to produce a visual of or own answering certain questions, and after doing a short reading/research of what needs to be produced as our final product (visual).
nothing suprised me actually after reading through these pages FPIP as we follow the guidelines.
