i live in the city of bogotá, i am from Colombia

3. What do you do?

I am working in a call center called Enercare, it's a company that is based that offers home services.

4. Are you married / are you single?

i am single i don't have any relationship in this moment i am not looking that in my life right now

5.Do you have children?

No, I don't have any children in fact i'm single and at my age i think is not appropriate to have children right now

6. How old are you?

i am 19 years old and my birthday is on march 1st

7. What are you studying?

I am studying political sciences in the Unad, i am in the 5 semestres of my career

8. What do you do in your free time?

I do a lot of things in my free time, for example, I jump rope, read books about political matters and when it is the weekend I prefer to play video games.

To deepen more about my life, I live in the capital of Colombia, which is Bogota, where I live in an apartment made up of 5 people, which are: my parents and my two brothers with all my family, we live in a 70m² house where it is divided by 3 rooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen, but despite living on the top floor I don't have an elevator or a balcony.

However, in order to delve into my personal life, I am going to talk about my daily routine, which starts at 8.30am, which is the time I usually get up. After 15 minutes I get up and go eat my breakfast, which It is always accompanied by a cup of chocolate, egg and bread, after that I get ready to go to work where I have a night shift so I start at 1pm, after four hours at 4:00pm on Monday On Wednesday I have my lunch hour, for the rest of the days it is at 5pm, then I have dinner that is usually made up of coffee and cookies, but you must from time to time not have dinner because of my work which ends at 10pm even though it is Tired I get to do my homework so my time to go to bed is around 12am or 1am. However, on my weekends my routine varies a bit because I rest on Saturday but not on Sunday, so that day I go to church and also spend time with my family. Finally, my study of English is daily because I work in a Canadian company, so I have to speak that language all the time, so I study it daily, however, I think that this course will help me especially with the grammatical rules of the language.

¿Estudié y aprendí los temas sugeridos del E-Book?.

La verdad estudié desde el principio estudie todos los temas sugeridos en el E-book, si bien la Plataforma es un poco confusa de manejar en ciertos aspectos, en especial en los temas relacionados a grabar los audios, pienso que es un herramienta didacta y la indicada para relacionar los trabajos, además que ayudan a las personas que, están aprendiendo un idioma a poder aprender de una manera rápida, debido a que las explicaciones que Brinda el E-book son muy importantes para el crecimiento en nuestro conocimiento del idioma. (calificación 10)

 

 ¿Participé en el foro dentro de los tiempos indicados?

Por supuesto, de hecho, apenas abrió el foro para esta actividad, me puse manos a la obra para desarrollar el trabajo, además de ello he participado por otros medios, para resolver todas las dudas que encontrado en la actividad además de seguir las instrucciones del tutor a la hora de las retroalimentaciones (Calificacion 8)

 

¿En cuáles de los siguientes espacios de interacción y aprendizaje participé: Foro de esta tarea, CIPAS, Web conferencias, grupo de WhatsApp, grupo de Skype, ¿etc? 

Participe en diversos espacios de interacción en especial en el foro y en el WhatsApp producto que a través de estos mismos medios puede aprender y resolver ciertas dudas sobre las actividades, es por ello que pienso que estos espacios, nos ayuda a resolver cada una de nuestras dudas en las actividades y permite el crecimiento en nuestro aprendizaje. Sin embargo, se me ha imposibilitado participar en las web-conferencias debido a mis jornadas laborales. (calificación 7pm) 

 

¿Qué aprendí de esta tarea?

En esta actividad aprendí el uso de ciertas herramientas como es el caso de padlet para la creación del portafolio, además de poder recordar ciertas reglas gramaticales, para el Desarrollo de los conceptos. (8 calificación)

 

 ¿Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo?

Por supuesto, es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo debido a que, me ayuda a entender y hablar el idioma de una forma correcta debido a que las normas gramaticales, no solo se usan a la hora de escribir sino, También a la hora de hablar con personas nativas del inglés. (calificación 9)

  ¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional? 

Pues de hecho el inglés aporta en mi vida profesional debido a que me permite obtener mejores trabajos, como es el caso en el que me encuentro en este momento en el que estoy trabajando en una empresa en la que, se debe hablar en inglés el 100% del tiempo, por eso me es importante estudiar esta materia, debido a que me ayuda a profundizar y corregir mis conocimientos sobre este idioma, no por el hecho de que uno sepa hablar un idioma, quiere decir que no comete errores, por eso considero importante aprender estos idiomas con el fin de poder alcanzar cada tipo de conocimientos. (calificación 9)

 

 

Reflexión final:  Este trabajo me permitió profundizar y corregir algunos aspectos al hablar este idioma, si bien al principio de inscribirme al curso, pensé que no iba a tener ningún aporte de la actividad producto de mi trabajo, esto me hizo dar cuenta lo equivocado que estaba. Producto a que estos trabajos me permitieron profundizar en mis conocimientos sobre este bello idioma y ademas poder corregir los errores que cometo, sobre todo a la hora de escribir o redactar documentos en inglés.

 

Calificación de autoevaluación: 8,5 me doy esta calificación producto de que si bien participación en el foro y realice los trabajos con tiempo sin embargo, a la hora de las participaciones en grupo como web conferencias y talleres, no lo he podidio 

In bogota the main touristic places are Jardin botanico josé mutis, plaza simón bolivar and also museam of gold, for the fist place that is a natural place is only has a cost of 1,09 dollars, the second one is free and if you want to visit the museam of gold the you have two differents prices, is you want a museum guide the price for them is 1,75$ dollars but if you dont need a museum guide the price for being there is 1,09 $ dollars.

What is the typical food in your city?

In colombia there are many typical food in our city but if i need TO two describe two typical food in my city is the santafereño chocolate and also the ajiaco.

well for answering this question first i gonna talk about the ingredients of the ajico and after for the santafereño chocolate and for answering this question the format is gonna be in list in order to describe the recipe.

The main celebration in my city are the festival rock festival to the park and the international Book Fair.

- What do people do in those celebrations?

people usally in the rock festival to the park the people go to listening to their favorites bands and enjoy all the enviorement that is surronder to the rock, but in the international book fair the people go to buy books of their favorite authors and besides to hear conference of them.

What activities can visitors do in your city or town?
in Colombia there are multiple cultural activities that the tourist can do for example they can go to the museam of gold to know the history of colombia, also they can go to the religious sites because Colombia for the spanish conquer our culture is full of Catholicism part of colonialism. and also they can enjoy the nature in the park jardin botanico.

si participe en el foro con anticipación con el fin de corregir los errores gramaticales que presenta mi texto y además lo primero que publique fue las actividades del e-book con el fin de reportar mis avances para la construcción del video, por eso considero importante el foro debido, a que podemos corregir y pulir los detalles que necesiten nuestros trabajos. ¿Preparé y dediqué suficiente tiempo para realizar una buena presentación oral en el video y/o en el encuentro sincrónico?

Lo prepare con anticipación, debido a que considero que es importante entregar un trabajo impecable y con calidad por eso pienso que, el dedicar tiempo a mis actividades me permiten mejorar mis resultados. (9)

 ¿Me siento más seguro de expresarse Oralmente en Inglés?

Si, porque siento que tener un guión me permite organizar mis ideas, a pesar de que trabajo en un call center bilingüe, siento que estas actividades me permiten mejorar y practicar mucho más mi speaking los cuales me permiten mejorar en mi crecimiento personal y profesional. (10)

 ¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional?

pues este aprendizaje es un complemento a mi trabajo en especial en área de la escritura debido a que me permite desarrollar y mejorar mi redacción y escritura en mis trabajos por lo que considero que el acompañamiento de mi tutor ha sido importante para mi desarrollo. (10)
