    What is the aim of the training     (involvement/inclusion)?
    For recruitment => Need to look at the target groups (disabled people/migrants/women).
    And then have a sentence for that.
    Why do we do the training (e.g. to build relationship with the neighborhoods, to have less conflicts in the city, work for/with unemployed people, get people involved in the community, for teenagers who are not interested in school/ fill in gaps in journalism/to work for Gender Equality)?
