         <description><![CDATA[<p>A modal verb can express ability, necessity, condition, or "modality," and their meaning varies according to the context of the sentence and the verbs with which they are combined.</p><p><br></p><p>Modal verbs are auxiliary verbs. This means that they do not conjugate with grammatical persons, so:</p><p><br></p><p>-They do not have infinitives</p><p>-They do not have gerunds</p><p>-They do not have participles</p>]]></description>
