Since sexism is usually taught, We can promote education on gender equality. We can also have individuals encourage others to have these "round table discussions" about stereotypes around genders and equal opportunity policies.

3.Cons for brining awareness some might not care, won't even want to listen, People who benefit from EI might put a stop to bringing awareness, Opening up about their experience some people might not even know their being effected by EI , others might not want to speak out about it they might be to shy, Pros Others are able to understand what EI is through sharing these stories.

Some pros about having an open discussion are promoting and understanding, raising awareness about the topic, and that’s provides an opportunity for other peoples prospectives.

Some cons may be heads will start to clash as people might have negative things to say about it, people might get nervous to speak in front of others, and some opinions may not get shared because people tend to get shy in settings with a lot of others.
