I could also use a wind vane to see which way the wind is blowing as to predict where I would go. I also think that a balloon owner would use a hygrometer to see how humid it would be because if it was humid it might affect my flight.

Also i would use the anemometer so you can see if the wind pressure will be low or to high or just right. you don't want to not be able to move after everything you did to set up.
