Part 1: A Logistics Scenario

1. Select a post with a short scenario about a logistics challenge.

2. Write 2 direct questions in your scenario that someone might ask in that situation

3. Example: “The shipment arrived 3 days late. What caused the delay? Can we get a refund? ”

Part 2: Transform Questions

1. Find a pair of questions posted by your classmates

2. Comment on their posts by rewriting their direct questions as indirect questions

3. Example:

   • Direct: “What caused the delay?”

   • Indirect: “ Could you tell me what caused the delay? ” or “ I was wondering what caused the delay. ”

Remember:

• Be professional and use business English vocabulary related to logistics

• Use proper indirect question structures (word order changes, politeness phrases)

• Review the comments on your own scenario to see how others transformed your questions
