         <description><![CDATA[<div>It can be true cause if Mrs.Holland has 2 nickel that equals 10 and if she has 9 dimes that equals 90 because dimes are tens and if you have 9 dimes that equals 90 aND 90 +10 equals 100 and 100 equals a dollar.If Mrs.Kemp has 7 dimes that equals 70 and 6 nickel that will equal 30 because if you count by tens it will go like this 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 70 + 30 equals 100 and 100 equals 1 dollar.<br><br></div>]]></description>
