1. In high school, I was a cheerleader. We had stunt groups (you know, when they throw the girl up in the air and stuff), and when we didn't hit it right, we would all have to adjust and manipulate things to make it work.
2. I love throwing the football with my brother outside. It took me a long time to be able to hold the football properly, and follow through with my throw. Now I have to manipulate the ball to aim.

1. Any mathematics course I've taken, seems to always be constructive. Everything follows after the other in the learning process, which allows for deeper connections.
2. I think that a lot of things I've learned are constructive because I always tend to reflect on things that have happened in my past, especially when it seems to be happening again.

1. In my ENGL 4531 class we participated in Breakout Rooms. We worked on an activity where we researched and collaborated on some English Myths in education. I learned a lot of information from my peers and their research.
2. Majority of my classes include weekly discussion boards for the week's lesson. Starting out, I really didn't like doing this because I didn't realize how beneficial it really is. After conversing and communicating with other peers and their thoughts and opinions on topics, I feel like I have a better understanding of the topic itself.

1. In my high school physics class, my teacher had us create multiple projects experimenting with velocity, weight, gravity, force, etc.
2. Many math problems are used to relate to real world answers. I always see examples of travel, mileage, height, distance, etc.
