         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>What exactly are breathing exercises and how does it help manage your stress?</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>First, let your breath flow as deep down into your belly as is comfortable without forcing it. Try breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. Breathe gently and regularly. Deliberately copying a relaxed breathing pattern seems to be able to calm the nervous system down that controls the body's involuntary functions.</p>]]></description>
