The first time I traveled, I was three years old. Throughout the whole car ride  I got car sick, and ended up getting a bad fever. As a kid I would get seizures, and high temperatures would trigger them. So I had a seizure, and ended up in the hospital. We still made it to California though. 

How does this relate to the theme?

This relates to the theme because it shows that when I travel something bad always happens. On the drive there almost three hours in, the car broke down. My brother in law  was a couple cars in front of us and helped us get going again but it would stop every 15 -25 minutes and again had to recharge the battery. We didn't get to CA until 5-6 hours later than usually trying to find somewhere to fix what was wrong. 

How does this relate to the theme?

This relates to the theme because it once again tells how we have terrible luck when it comes to traveling and visiting new places.

The trip was fairly short and there was not much time from where we had to be. When my body decided I needed to throw up, and get sick again, So the whole ride was a very painful experience. Throughout the wedding I was sick and couldn't do anything but lay down and stay still. 

How does this relate to the theme?
