For both lyrics and an official video, they have the same speaker. That is the narrator. Perhaps, the narrator was Ozzy Osbourne all along because, during the occasion of Ozzy Osbourne in his Bark at the Moon era from 1983-1986, Ozzy was struggling with addiction, the death of his lead guitar player, and getting a replacement for his lead guitar player ("Bark at the Moon...").

Ozzy's purpose in making this song can be related to his occasion was taming the inner beast in you through the chaos--calamity as such in the lyric. The purpose of the official video started early in the video at the part where the scientist drinking bad things could lead to disastrous consequences (such as committing yourself to a mental institution or in a worst-case scenario, death).

The audience could be the ones not yet heard about this story of the werewolf, who had raised from the dead with vengeance. Perhaps, a strong desire to return from the dead to prove to the one who had cursed him and buried him wrong. This could be related to the occasion of how Ozzy had felt.

The main subject for the video is a mad scientist who turned into a werewolf, and the lyric was about the werewolf returning with a pure vengeance.

In the sixteenth and seventeenth lines in the lyric, Ozzy spoke about "they cursed and buried him along with shame/and thought his timeless soul had gone". This lyric could imply the problem that Ozzy has gone through with his battle against addictions and his failure to go to rehab ("Bark at the Moon...").

The eighth line in the lyric, "years spent in torment," can apply to the logo because it does refer to Ozzy's problem with addiction, and how he suffered from it despite being active on it ("Bark at the Moon...").
-
In the nineteenth lyric, Ozzy sang about the werewolf who had returned to prove them [people who had shamed him and buried him in a grave] wrong can refer to how Ozzy felt after his lead guitar player got into a fatal plane crash that claimed his life. I think this part of the lyric could imply to people that doubted what Ozzy's music would be like after losing his guitar player and getting a replacement ("Bark at the Moon...").
