Then I invited two girls near to the blackboard to read out the lesson one after one and given silent instruction to other girl to stop reading at once.

To my surprise the other girl who felt shy to read continued her reading without hesitation...

Then after he became the group leader and taught her friends how to learn reading...

One of the most memorable and exciting experience for me is the reflections of my students who scored well in the recently held SSC examinations scoring 99 marks in English. Two students Mukhtar and Sofia sent a note of thanks along with their parents for supporting them in achieving good marks. Besides, they made a personal call to express their feelings reflecting upon our classroom practices and the guidance I have provided to them for the past three years from their 8 standard. I have got 21 students who scored above 91 in the recent SSC batch.

It was a true satisfaction for me not for being appreciated but the ways in which they were reflecting our collaborative activities and classroom practices. It is a true feedback and reinforcement for me to boost up my practice and continue my future endeavors.

When I recorded the videos of children performing various activities to learn English their happiness knew no bounds when they watched thir videos in YouTube and instagram.Each student including low achivers participated in these activities and showed them to their parents and their neighbour children. The neighbour children also were motivated and showed interest to join our school in next academic year. They played language games also actively and shows interest to repeat the activities and games. When they imagines themselves ase town child and country child they gave various responses enjoyed a lot.

I recently started my career as an English teacher being selected in DSC 2024. I encouraged my students to participate in Elocution competition. I recorded the videos of speeches from students in English and posted in the school whatsapp group. I received appreciation from HM and co-staff for encouraging students to come up and participate in English speaking activity. There are 11 members in that class but only one student can read and write remaining are unable to read and write even single word. Even though I have 23 years of experience I got confused how to teach them from words in Eighth class .
