Cassius sees the storm as a bad omen. He believes it's a sign that something terrible is about to happen, just like the danger he sees in Caesar becoming too powerful. Cassius thinks the strange weather and other odd events are messages from the gods that Rome is in trouble. He uses this to convince Brutus that they need to act and stop Caesar before things get worse. For Cassius, the storm is not just about the weather, but a sign of the chaos in Rome.

Cassius sees the storm as a sign that the heavens are angry at Caesar's growing power and ambition. He believes that unnatural events, like the storm, mirror the unnatural state of Rome under Caesar's rule.He uses the storm to persuade Casca that they must act against Caesar. Casca is frightened by the storm and the strange phenomena accompanying it, such as a lion in the streets and men on fire who remain unharmed. He interprets these events as signs of divine wrath and something ominous about to happen in Rome. Cassius uses the storm as a metaphor to criticize Caesar’s perceived weakness and unworthiness to rule. He suggests that nature is rebelling against the imbalance of power in Rome.

How does Cassius interpret what he and others had seen on stormy night?

Cassius thinks that this abnormal stormy night is pleasant for those who are honest while Casca is afraid of all of those super natural events that he has witnessed like a man hand is on fire but he is not feeling any pain . He saw an owl who is a night bird in noon at Capitol . He also saw a tiger who didn't attack or harm Casca so he thinks that that something unusual is about to happen and god is angry on them . Cassius thinks that it is happening because God are giving them the sign that some one among them is not doing right and they are doing right by killing Caesar as he is gaining too much power and Rome will soon become dictatorship. He thinks it's because of them as they are not taking a step against him and he also says that the Romes have inherited there mother's spirit . Cassius thinks that they are letting Caesar have so much power so it's a sign to kill Caesar . .It's foreshadows that something bad will happen in Rome.
