1. power and freedom are very different things. Power is like an authority, or the military for example, they keep people safe from harms way and want the best for their country. Power is sometimes bad because dictators use their power in a very bad way, so if theirs a person using it that way their is no freedom. 
2. The constitution and the Bill of Rights give us our rights in America. Without those we wouldn't have freedom or any human rights.
